Luvanto Floor Care, Cleaning & Maintenance Kit

• Spillage of any food or liquid on your Luvanto floor should be removed and
  mopped up as soon as possible. Using Luvanto Clean will help reduce the risk of staining and aid slip resistance.
• Any stubborn marks or stains should be spot cleaned with undiluted Luvanto Clean or Luvanto Revive.
• You should always avoid the use of bleach-based or regular household cleaners or detergents as they could discolour your floor or reduce the slip resistance.
• Using a sweeper style floor duster or vacuum cleaner to frequently remove loose dirt or grit will help reduce scratching of the floor surface. Always check the manufacturers guidelines to make sure they are suitable for use with luxury vinyl tile (LVT) floors.
• The Felt Furniture Pads in your Luvanto Luxury Cleaning Kit will further reduce the risk of scratches if you slide or drag furniture such as chairs, tables or other  objects across the floor.
• If your furniture has castors we recommend the use of castor cups to protect against indentation from heavy furniture or frequent point loading.
• Entrance mats to wipe your feet on entry will help reduce grit and moisture. These should not have a rubber, rough or abrasive backing to prevent any discolouration or marking of the floor.
• If you notice a streaky appearance after using your Luvanto floor cleaning products this is likely caused by irregular drying of the cleaning products due to strong sunlight, underfloor heating or draughts; or not removing the Luvanto Clean and Strip thoroughly. If this happens, repeat the cleaning process ensuring the floor is protected from heat, strong sunlight or draughts until completely dry.
• Always follow the instructions on each bottle for the best results.
• Avoid spreading Luvanto Revive too thickly. Apply two thin coats as instructed.

For daily cleaning and care of LVT floors. It creates a matt, anti-slip protective finish.

• With a floor duster, soft sweeping brush or vacuum cleaner, remove any loose grit, dirt or dust.
• For daily cleaning add 1 graduation = 50 ml Luvanto Clean to a bucket of water (8-10 litres).
• Using a mop, apply Luvanto Clean solution onto the whole floor, ensuring you remove any excess liquid.
• Note: In order to maintain the anti-slip properties of the floor, do not rewipe with clear water, but allow to dry and pay attention to exact dosage.
• Allow the floor to fully dry before walking on it.

A powerful basic cleaner for the removal of old care products, wax and adhesive residues from LVT floors.

• Dilute Luvanto Strip with water in a ratio of 1:5 (use undiluted for the removal of stubborn residues), apply to the floor and allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes (do not allow to dry – if necessary clean the floor in sections).
• Then clean the floor by attaching the green scrubber to the blue pad gripper in the cleaning kit and follow the instructions on the bottle.
• Take up the loosened dirt with a rubber blade or absorbent wiper mop.
• Wipe the floor again using clear water.
• Subsequently perform initial care treatment on the floor using Luvanto Revive or Luvanto Clean.

For the initial protection and refreshment of your floor we recommend removal of old care products, wax and adhesive residues with Luvanto Strip and then giving the floor a new care treatment with Luvanto Revive.

• First thoroughly clean the floor with Luvanto Strip.
• Shake Luvanto Revive well and apply undiluted in a thin, even film using the Refresh Pad.
• Allow the floor surface to dry overnight before it is used.
• Note: When applying the Luvanto Revive undiluted, avoid strong sunlight and draughts.
• Turn off under-floor central heating before commencing work and allow floor to cool.

IMPORTANT – Never use a steam cleaner to clean your Luvanto floor. This could cause delamination and void your warranty. Do not use abrasive or chemical detergents (like bleach) as this can damage the wear layer and significantly reduce the life of your floor.
